Continuos improvement is the mantra of success for young and dynamic.This motto was founded by Ekansh Ladhani,the Executive Director of Brindavan Agro Industries Limited. The slogan has been a big contributor to the company's roaring success in the past decade under the able guidance of its Board of Directors.

The companies youngest Director acquired the right skill set with his Bachelors degree in Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management. He joined the business in 2008 and exposed himself to all areas of business operation and management. Playing a crucial role in diversifying from the core bottling business to more accelerated growth sectors like Wind Mill Power Generation and construction of a 5 Star Hotel property. 

His  crucial achievement includes the introduction of a disciplined and data driven approach called the Six Sigma Concept in every department of his organization,which is a data driven approach and methodology for eliminating defects in any process from manufacturing to service. This concept was introduced on all levels within the organization which brought down huge costs for the Group and was a step in the right direction for the organization.

With maturity and dedication,the idea has always been to reach the summit of success in all endeavors while focussing fully on a sustainable business model which is of relevance to all the companies benefactors. The company has successfully diversified from its core bottling business into new sectors and managed to make a mark.

The company entered into the market of wind power generation in the year 2005 by putting two wind mills of 600 KV each in Karnataka. At present the total installed capacity of wind power generation is 6KW which generates 110 Lac unit of green power every year. The issue of environmental conservation by using green alternatives of energy is something that is most relevant today. The need for which was recognized and forwarded by the Directors of the group as they realized the need for lower environmental impact.

In the year 2008 the company successfully completed the construction of its 5 star hotel in Agra which was later re-christened as a more upmarket Radisson Blu Agra.An establishment that caters to a chunk of the International tourist visiting the city and houses some of the finest restaurants and bars.

It was under the able guidance of Mr. Ekansh Ladhani that the company saw its expansion and diversification into the renewable energy and later into the hospitality sector. The groups turnover has grown drastically all thanks to his innovation and excellence in execution.
